中小企业云制造服务平台的研究与开发

摘要: 为提高中小企业的综合竞争能力,基于云制造服务模式和思想开发了一种面向中小企业的云制造服务平台。采用多家企业、多个订单、多方协作的服务交易方式,设计了云制造服务平台的工作流程和核心功能。对供需智能匹配引擎、交易协同逻辑引擎和信用评估引擎等关键问题进行了研究,实现了基于关键字的语义智能搜索、订单跟踪、交易任务引导以及全流程的协同化管理。在汽摩零部件制造行业进行了验证性应用,通过线上服务和线下服务有效整合了该行业的制造服务资源,实现了云制造服务的有效管理。

Abstract: Based on the idea of cloud manufacturing,a service platform for small and medium-sized enterprises was developed to improve enterprises competitiveness.With the transaction mode for multiple enterprises,multiple orders and multi-party collaboration,the workflows and core functionalities of this cloud manufacturing service platform were designed.Some key issues,such as intelligent matching engine for supply and demand,transaction collaborative logic engine and credit assessment engine were studied,which implemented keyword-based semantic intelligent search,order tracking,transaction task leading and collaborative management of whole process.This platform was applied in the automobile parts manufacturing and motorcycle,which effectively integrated manufacturing service resources in this field through online services and offline services,and an effective management of cloud manufacturing services was realized.
